Superbowl LVII trailers of new movies coming in 2023

1. Scream VI - 9 March

Get ready to see Wednesday superstar Jenna Ortega take on a new role in Scream VI. She and other survivors leave their small town of Woodsboro to start a fresh chapter in Manhattan. But Ghostface is right behind them and is all set to wreak havoc in their lives.

Other cast members include Melissa Barrera, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding, Hayden Panettiere and Courteney Cox.

Scream VI will premiere on 9 March in Singapore.

2. Air - 5 April

Air: Courting a Legend is a movie about Nike trying to strike a deal with NBA rookie Michael Jordan for its new line of shoes, the Nike Air Jordan. Ben Affleck stars alongside Matt Damon, EGOT winner Viola Davis, and Emmy winner Jason Bateman in this film that’s inspired by true events.

Air comes to theatres on 5 April.

3. Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3 - 4 May

Chris Pratt’s iconic character Star-Lord and his beloved gang of misfits are back for an exciting new adventure. The star-studded cast members include Zoe Saldana (yes, her character Gamora’s back from the dead), Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, Elizabeth Debicki, Sean Gunn and Sylvester Stallone. British actor Will Poulter will also be making his Marvel debut.

We’ve got high hopes for this one as this will mark the last chapter of the Guardians of the Galaxy trilogy as well as its director James Gunn’s final contribution to the Marvel Cinematic Universe before he heads off to DC.

Marvel Studios’ Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3 will be released in Singapore on 4 May, a day ahead of its US release.

4. Fast X - 19 May

The Fast and the Furious franchise's 10th movie stars Vin Diesel as Dom Toretto as he and his family confront the most lethal opponent they’ve ever faced. Jason Momoa’s character Dante is fueled by revenge and is on his way to shattering everything that Dom loves.

The movie seems to be bringing back just about everyone who's been in this 22-year-old series. You’ll find Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Nathalie Emmanuel, Jordana Brewster, Sung Kang, Jason Statham, John Cena and Scott Eastwood, with Oscar winners Helen Mirren and Charlize Theron. To add more to your anticipation of the film, Oscar winner and Marvel star Brie Larson will also be a part of the extraordinary cast.

Fast X will premiere on 19 May.

5. The Flash - 16 June

Ezra Miller has been in a flurry of controversies such as disorderly conduct, harassment, and assault, and it makes us wonder why DC studios still let him reprise his role as Barry Allen and get his standalone feature film.

The film follows the familiar storyline of the speedster travelling back in time to save his mother from getting murdered, but what’s intriguing about this upcoming film is that we’ll be seeing two versions of Batman. Michael Keaton will return and Ben Affleck reportedly has a small role in the movie too.

The Flash will premiere on 16 June.
