Give your mind, body, and soul a glow-up because Glow Festival is coming back better than ever to Marina Bay Sands Singapore this 4 to 12 February!
Glow Festival was first held in Sentosa Island back in 2019. Now, it aims to take your health and wellness to a whole new level. It’s all set to bring you a multisensory biophilic wellness experience, top international celebrity practitioners, and a closing party at MARQUEE Nightclub.
Why biophilic? The event hopes to be a bridge for you to be one with nature and, at least for a while, whisk you away from the hustle and bustle of your daily life.
Glow Festival workshops
Whether you are a beginner, a pro, or anywhere in between, you’ll be in good hands as global yoga sensations and wellness experts will be in charge of Glow Festival’s workshops.
Hearts are coming out of our eyes because the instructors feel like an all-star lineup.
Tara Stiles is a co-founder of Strala Yoga, a movement inspired by tai chi, yoga, Traditional Chinese medicine, and more. Strala Yoga is now practised in more than 100 countries and is led by thousands of Guides all over the globe. You can book a slot in Tara’s session at the festival here.
Amanda Bisk seems like a superwoman with all her skills. She’s a former Australian pole vaulter, qualified exercise physiologist, personal trainer, Yoga and pilates instructor, and more. But don’t let that intimidate you, because as her wellness mantra says, “It’s not all or nothing. It’s about adding the small little things to create habits that encourage a positive, healthy, and happy life.” Meet this inspiring woman at the festival and book a session right here.
You can find the full list of instructors on Glow Festival’s website. You’ll also find ambassadors from lululemon Singapore and CRU68 who will lead sessions involving yoga, HIIT, barre, and more.
