A healing sound bath workshop, an engaging Pilates class, and a healthy cooking session with a world-class chef — these are just some of the exciting activities you can look forward to in Singapore’s first-ever Wellness Festival, which will be held from 3 to 12 June 2022.
The nine-day-long event marks the first nationwide effort by the Singapore government to promote holistic well-being in the Little Red Dot, which is consistently ranked as one of the most overworked countries according to Kisi’s Global Work-Life Balance Index. This year, Singapore placed fourth trailing behind Dubai, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur.
