Afraid of heights? You may need to muster up a little more courage to enjoy this attraction. The SkyHelix Sentosa is Singapore’s highest open-air panoramic ride elevated at 79 metres above sea level and 35 metres above the ground. We did the math and it’s approximately 11 storeys tall!

Is this a rollercoaster attraction?

Not quite, but you’re bound to experience some thrills. This is more of a leisure experience that invites you to take in the island’s breathtaking views and enjoy the breeze in your hair. The ride gently rotates upwards in a spiral motion as your feet dangle in the air, hence you’ll be able to witness yourself moving further away from the ground.

Are we allowed to eat during the ride?

The attraction is currently offering guests a complimentary non-alcoholic beverage or a souvenir with every purchase. You can also order from the attraction’s selection of cocktails. You are permitted to snack on small bites during the ride too.

Looking to enjoy a full meal in the skies? Consider opting for the Cable Car Sky Dining experience instead that’s also offered by Mount Faber Leisure, the group behind SkyHelix. It allows up to four persons to enjoy gastronomic delights within the same cabin.

How do I get tickets and where is this attraction located?

Tickets are priced at SGD18 for adults and SGD15 for children aged 12 years and below. You can book your tickets online here. Session times are available in hourly slots from 10AM to 9PM daily. SkyHelix Sentosa is a five-minute walk away from the Imbiah Lookout station on Sentosa Line.

What else should I take note of?

The attraction seats a maximum of five persons at one time and guests above the age of 13 need to be fully vaccinated in order to enjoy this ride. Children are more than welcome to experience this attraction as well, as long as they’re at least 1.05M tall due to safety reasons. Learn more about Skyhelix Sentosa here.
