A dreamy vacation is on the horizon. For the first time in Southeast Asia, Disney Cruise is coming to Singapore!
Disney Cruise Singapore
The Walt Disney Company celebrates its 100th year, and it shows no signs of slowing down. One of its ambitious goals is to expand its fleet to more destinations around the globe. The Disney Cruise Line has selected Singapore and has signed a deal with the Singapore Tourism Board to make the country the homeport of its upcoming largest vessel.
The deal will last for five years starting in 2025. And the ship is expected to settle at the Marina Bay Cruise Centre, one of Asia’s largest cruise terminals.
What to expect inside the Disney Cruise Line
To give you a sneak peek of what’s in store for you, we’ve rounded up some things you can look forward to inside a Disney Cruise Line.
1. Disney-inspired restaurants and rooms
You can be sure to enjoy dishes and desserts inspired by Disney’s beloved films inside a variety of themed restaurants. For example, on the Disney Wish cruise ship, you can find an Inside Out-inspired dessert shop called ‘Joyful Sweets’. There’s also a Star Wars: Hyperspace Lounge, a Cinderella-themed bedroom, and a ton of other enchanting spaces — we can’t wait to see what we’ll find inside the Disney Cruise ship in Singapore.
2. Interactive theatre shows
Disney pulls out all the stops when it comes to putting on a great show. Who knows? We might find a team from Broadway (like what they did for the stage adaptation of The Little Mermaid) heading over to Singapore. Kids and the kids who grew up with Disney will enjoy various characters coming to life and belting out Disney’s timeless songs.
3. Activities and attractions galore
Disney Cruise is a full package. It’s got attractions, pools, and more. It also has adult-exclusive spaces so that you can wine, dine, and relax at sea.
