Insider Roundup: Billie Eilish Releases Colouring Book For A Cause & More

Good vibes all over

How's the Monday hustle going, ladies? Now that we've got day one of this week settled, it's time to catch up on some headlines that are meant to ease your mood. Let's kick things off with Billie Eilish launching a colouring book in support of UNICEF. Then, more deets on brands extending charity efforts to support the frontline against COVID-19. There's also a teaser on Astalift's newest product that's perfect for your self-care routine during this stay-at-home period. These, and more, below.

Billie Eilish launches colouring book for a cause

Just when we think the 18-year-old Grammy award winner can't be any more inspiring, she launches yet another project dedicated to a cause. And get this: participating won't cost you an arm and a leg. Billie Eilish added a colouring book to her merchandise lineup recently, proceeds of which will go directly to UNICEF. Fans can choose between a physical copy retailing at USD10 or a digital copy that can be accessed for free (yes, you caught that right) or can be bought from USD5 to 20 to serve as a donation. The colouring book features some of Eilish's popular cover arts, as well as other images related to the star's aesthetics. Awesome, right?

More brands join forces in supporting supplies production for COVID-19 relief

Recently, we've heard of fashion houses utilising their factories for sanitary supplies production. Now, a new wave of brands is also joining the cause. Burberry, New Balance, and UNIQLO all pledged to support the production of masks to address the shortage of supplies happening globally. Nike is also helping make face shields for health workers amid the pandemic. Meanwhile, Gucci and Kim Kardashian's body shape brand SKIMS have donated huge sums to COVID-19 relief causes. Astalift introduces D-UV Clear Aqua Day Serum

Now onto self-care, Astalift is launching a new product this 1 April meant to level up your beauty routine during this stay-at-home period. Say hello to the Astalift D-UV Clear Aqua Day Serum, which aims to keep your skin sun-protected and well-hydrated throughout the day. It will be available island-wide in Singapore starting 1 April.

Instagram launches Co-Watching feature

Speaking of the stay-at-home period, do you miss hanging out with your friends and loved ones in real life? Instagram aims to make it a tad bit easier to connect with their new Co-Watching feature. This allows users to share previously liked posts, as well as bookmarked and suggested curations, while on video chat mode. Now, you can chase the blues away by reacting live on memes, videos, and IG posts together. The feature is now fully rolled out so all you have to do is head over to the DM section, select video chat mode on the top right of your screen, and start co-watching!

Rihanna's back with new music

Thinking of what to co-watch with your friends with IG's new feature? Check out this teaser of Rihanna's new music (sort of) in collaboration with Canadian singer PARTYNEXTDOOR. Garnering more than six million views since it was posted over the weekend, this collab is Rihanna's first song since her last album Anti from 2016. Is this the start of Rih's full return to music? Crossing our fingers, for sure!
