1. MCM Fragrances pop-up

Digital creator @josephtansm gives his followers a tour of the MCM Fragrance pop-up event.


The German luxury house's pop-up places the spotlight on its range of fragrances, including the MCM, the MCM Ultra and its recently launched MCM Onyx. The pop-up also features a special ice cream booth created in collaboration with artisanal bakery café Sugartree Gelato, where shoppers are able to get their hands on two exclusive ice cream cone flavours that are inspired by the scent notes of the brand's fragrances.

To redeem this perk, you'll need to purchase any MCM Fragrance at the pop-up. Alternatively, you can also pick up this sweet treat for SGD5 and receive a 1.5ML fragrance sample along with your purchase.

Skincare brand philosophy has staged its first-ever pop-up in Singapore to re-introduce beauty enthusiasts to its gentle yet efficacious skincare formulations. The preview of the pop-up saw the appearance of Thai singer, actor and philosophy Southeast Asia ambassador Jeff Satur, who serenaded the crowd and his fans with a few of its biggest hits. 

Visitors will have the opportunity to participate in hands-on activities, sample the products, snap photo-worthy moments, and redeem complimentary cups of yoghurt at the pop-up.

3. Paik’s Noodle

Hands up if you’re craving noodles right now! South Korean celebrity chef Baek Jong Won, who has Street Food Fighter and Backpacker Chef, has opened a new noodle house in Singapore.

Named Paik’s Noodle, the outlet serves up a curated menu of Korean noodle, meat and rich dishes, including jajangmeyon (black bean sauce noodles), jjampong (seafood noodle soup) and tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork).

Dive into the memories, milestones and motivations of Singapore’s founding father, Lee Kuan Yew, in this immersive experience put together by Lucid Experiences. Organised in partnership with TRCL and the Community Chest, LKY: THE EXPERIENCE houses 20 rooms across three zones that aim to showcase Mr Lee across different stages of his life — from child to statesman. You can also look forward to interactive installations, multimedia displays and hands-on activities.

Price: Tickets are priced at SGD18 per person and are available for purchase via Pelago. Senior citizens aged 65 and above are entitled to a 20% discount, while the experience is free for children aged 12 and below with the accompaniment of one paying adult.


5. AHC Skincare pop-up

23 October to 5 November 2023



Leading Korean aesthetic skincare brand AHC is set to unveil its first-ever pop-up in Singapore at VivoCity. The pop-up will provide skincare fans with the opportunity to learn more about the brand, including its popular Eye Cream for Face.

It will offer several complimentary gifts and activities, including a 3-piece set worth SGD36 for customers who complete the brand's guided journey. The brand will also give away more than SGD10,000 worth of gifts and prizes for those who spend at least SGD100 at the pop-up, such as a two-day, one-night stay at The Westin Singapore.

6. Gateway to Hell: Reliving the Gruesome 60s Halloween event

Till 31 October 2023 



orchardgateway has teamed up with events management agency The Blue Pocket to present the shopping mall's first-ever, "bone-chilling" Halloween event. Shoppers will have the chance to step inside the mall's immersive haunted house set in 1960s Singapore, which will feature a VR (virtual reality) gaming experience and a photo booth. The mall will also host a Halloween-themed Atrium Fair for shoppers to purchase Halloween merchandise and enjoy special promotions.

Time: The haunted house experience will be open from Mondays to Fridays, 6.30PM to 11.30PM, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 12PM to 11.30PM. Its opening hours will be extended till 1AM during the Halloween weekend of 27 and 28 October.

7. Tipsy Unicorn at Sentosa

Talk about a beach party experience like no other — Tipsy Unicorn, the latest venture by the folks behind popular F&B concepts including Tipsy Flamingo, has finally opened. Boasting arresting pink and purple hues, this new seaside entertainment destination spans 19,000 square feet and sits up to 500 party-goers. Tipsy Unicorn also houses an outdoor rooftop fitness space for the sporty crowd and a shop-in-shop concept in collaboration with Puma.
