Anya Active Cloud bra & leggings: first impressions and try-ons
#TBLBureau’s Laura tries on Anya Active’s Cloud bra and leggings in the shade ‘Coast’.
As someone who loves doing high-intensity workouts five to six times a week, Laura is constantly looking for activewear that provide her with ample support. (She struggles to find sports bras that fit her big bust.) She also appreciates pieces that are able to wick away sweat and fit her body snugly without pinching her skin.
Laura is a fan of the activewear set’s pale turquoise colourway.
“The first thing that stood out to me was the colourway. I like how it brings out my tan skin tone,” gushed Laura, upon trying on the activewear set for the very first time. Laura chose Anya Active’s Cloud Longline Cross-Back Bra and 24-inch Cloud Wrap Leggings in ‘Coast’, a pale turquoise colour. Both pieces are made of premium nylon-spandex fabric and are exclusively designed in Singapore.
What's your top priority when shopping for activewear?
The next feature that stood out the most to Laura? The slimming effect of the Cloud Wrap leggings. “I was quite impressed by the unique cut of the leggings. Its high-waisted design made my waist appear smaller,” revealed Laura.

Now, on to the specifics. The Cloud Bra is Anya Active’s ‘longline’ rendition of its Cross-Back Bra 2.0. Longline bras feature an extended band under the bra cups for added support and a slimming effect. The bra is made of sweat-wicking material with 4-way stretch and has a scoop neckline. It also has removable padding and aims to provide its wearer with medium support.
Meanwhile, the Cloud Wrap leggings feature a criss-cross design along the waist and come with a back waistband pocket that’s large enough to fit a phone. The leggings also offer 4-way stretch and are suitable for all types of workouts, including high-intensity activities.
What we love: ample chest support and flattering cut
Both pieces provided Laura with ample support, even during her HIIT workouts.
After taking the Cloud bra and Cloud Wrap leggings out for a spin (from HIIT sessions at her favourite gym to a quick brunch catch-up with a co-worker), Laura reveals that both pieces provided her with great support even during her most intense workouts. With regard to areas for improvement, Laura wishes that the bra band didn’t roll up as often.
While she would’ve preferred a more seamless silhouette, both pieces still fit her body well without restricting her movements. The refreshing colourway was the cherry on top of these features.
Anya Active activewear: Great price point, meaningful brand ethos
Our final verdict? Anya Active’s pieces are affordably priced while offering superb support. (The Cloud Longline cross-back bra is priced at SGD43 while the 24” Cloud Wrap leggings cost SGD59). It’s also worth noting how the brand carries an inclusive size range — from XS to 3XL — to cater to women of various body types, and subscribes to a meaningful brand ethos.
“Showing up — be it on good or bad days — is a small win in itself. I love how the brand believes that we should become a better version of ourselves,” reveals Laura.
