From 29 September to 1 October, Sugarhall will offer a special set menu in celebration of the F1 Grand Prix’s return to Singapore. Guests can enjoy the combination of Sticky Pork Ribs and the bar’s signature cocktail Dark & Stormy for just SGD50++, originally priced at SGD60++. The kurobuta ribs are cured and smoked to perfection before being fried to a nice crisp. They are then brushed with Korean chili glaze, making every bite a mix of savoury flavours and complementing textures.
