This isn’t the Italian luxury brand’s first attempt to enter the makeup realm. It released products under this category in 2000 but later discontinued them and focused on its fragrance collections. Now, Prada Beauty is finally ready for a stronger comeback. It aims to release unisex offerings that mingle tech and creativity.

Through a series of posts on its official social media accounts, Prada Beauty teased that there will be a lipstick range featuring 26 soft and hyper matte shades, eyeshadow palettes, skin adapting products, a facial cream, and more. Reports say that a foundation will also be released and will come in 33 shades.

Who’s the woman behind all of these exciting releases? It’s Lynsey Alexander, Prada Beauty’s newly appointed Global Creative Makeup Artist. The brand proudly shared that she’s the person instrumental in developing the products. And according to Lynsey, they have spent three years crafting and refining each detail of each Prada makeup product.

Prada Beauty’s new pieces are launching tomorrow, 1 August, in Europe via its website. They will be available in the UK on 18 August and in the US in 2024. It might take some time for the products to arrive in Singapore, so stay tuned for more details. The prices range from EUR45 (or around SGD65.98) to EUR360 (or around SGD527.82).
