The Rose Perfecto Lip Balm in Shade N° 37 (SGD59) aims to provide lasting hydration. It’s formulated with rose oil, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, pink pepper, and shea butter, to nourish and plump the lips for a healthy glow.
