The former includes home-meal restaurant chefs, trendy pub owners, Chinese restaurant chefs, school canteen chefs, and more. They face off against the latter group comprising Korea’s cream of the crop such as Michelin-starred chefs, top names from Korea’s fine-dining world, and culinary survival show winners.

For its judges, the show cast two of the biggest names in Korea’s culinary scene: Korea’s top restaurateur and national culinary mentor Paik Jong Won and Chef Anh Sung Jae of Mosu Seoul, Korea’s only Michelin three-star restaurant.
