Twitter launches new feature ‘Fleets’
That thing you didn’t Tweet but wanted to but didn’t but got so close but then were like nah.
We have a place for that now—Fleets!
Rolling out to everyone starting today. pic.twitter.com/auQAHXZMfH
Ever since Twitter’s launch in 2006, it’s been known as the platform meant for random thought dumps that are not longer than 140 — and eventually 280 — characters. Bite-sized content has always been a part of its identity; so imagine the surprise of many users when they launched their new feature Fleets this week. Similar to Facebook and Instagram stories — and, oh, remember Snapchat? — Fleets are meant for content that lasts for only 24 hours. Do you think it’s a yay or a nay?

The holidays may feel a bit different this year, but Frasers Property aims to still ignite the Christmas spirit through their festive activities. We’re talking craft workshops, virtual events, and even SGD500,000 worth of rewards to be enjoyed and won. Of course, what’s Christmas without a little gift-giving? The initiative will also launch a drive to provide meal kits for less fortunate families in partnership with Food Bank Singapore.
Former 2NE1 member Minzy signs PH management deal
Blackjacks, rejoice! Former 2NE1 member Minzy is officially debuting in the Philippines under Viva Records with a Filipino version of her song Lovely. The song, which she released early this year, will feature a chorus in Filipino in the reprised version — and honestly, we can’t wait! Should we expect a reunion with fellow 2NE1 alum Sandara Park (who, in case you didn't know, have ties with the Philippines too) soon?
