Journalling enthusiasts and papyrophiliacs in Singapore, make your way down to Paragon Shopping Centre this weekend as it is now home to renowned Italian stationery brand Moleskine’s first — and only — flagship store in Southeast Asia.
The flagship store offers a good mix of classic, quality designs and limited-edition collaboration items that will appeal to different types of stationery lovers. For folks who wish to enjoy the best of both tradition and tech, there’s the Smart Writing Set to turn your handwritten notes into digital notes with the help of the Moleskine Notes app. The app is available for download on both the App Store and the Google Play store.
As for the brand’s collaboration collections, look out for the newly launched Moleskine x Missoni collection, which features the latter’s iconic motifs. Moleskine has produced multiple limited-edition designs in the past — it has featured the popular French novella Le Petit Prince and revered Mexican artist Frida Kahlo. It also teamed up with Los Angeles-based artist and designer Steven Harrington in 2019 to create a collection of sketchbooks, pouches and phone cases.
