Still not over the Bridgerton craze? Since season 2 will be officially arriving on Netflix on 21 January 2022, fans have to wait a little longer to get more of the zany Regency romance TV series. As if hearing this call, Pat McGrath — the makeup queen herself — has announced that she has partnered with Netflix and Shondaland in launching a Bridgerton-inspired makeup collection on 26 December. Yes, just after Christmas Day. Here's what we'll be getting in the collection.
MTHRSHP Eye Blush Palette: Diamond Of The First Water
Create beautiful eye looks with the MTHRSHP: Diamond Of The First Water palette. It features six shades with cool undertones, ranging from gorgeous pinks to deep plums in matte and metallic finishes. The “diamond” of the palette is the shade called Regency Blue, which the brand described as an iridescent blue astral colour. As a special touch, the eyeshadows were embossed with bee designs (something that we will learn more about in the second season) and Lady Whistledown's logo.
Divine Blush + Glow Trio: Love At First Blush
The other palette in the Pat McGrath x Bridgerton makeup collection comes with two blushers for a subtle flush of colour on your cheeks and a rosy highlighter for added radiance. Both were key features of the show's makeup looks.
Skin Fetish: Sublime Skin Highlighter
If you want to amp up your glow, then the collection's Skin Fetish highlighters will be perfect for you. Xtreme Gold 002 is a rich yellow gold highlighter that can also double as an eyeshadow with its rich lustre. Meanwhile, Incandescent Gold 002 is a platinum gold hue that will suit medium and even very fair skin tones. Both have a gel-powder formula to add a lit-from-within glow to your complexion.
