Fruit-forward beauty brand Glow Recipe is set to launch its Plum Plump Hyaluronic Cream this January at Sephora Singapore! What’s noteworthy about this product? (Hint: It’s kinder to the environment!) How will this fit into your current skincare routine? Read on.
Arriving at Sephora.sg on 6 January 2022 and in stores on 27 January 2022, the Plum Plump Hyaluronic Cream is the newest addition to the Glow Recipe Plum family and it is inspired by the brand’s bestselling Plum Plump Hyaluronic Serum.
The product boasts a whipped gel-cream texture and is packaged in the brand’s first-ever refillable glass jar. It’s also the first Glow Recipe product to be offered in refillable pods. Each of the pods is made of 50% post-consumer recycled material — thus helping to reduce CO2 emissions and carbon waste.
Priced at 39USD for 50ML and 33USD for a 50ML refill, the product contains five weights of hyaluronic acid (read: hydrating) and polyglutamic acid that helps to boost the efficacy of the former, and a blend of three antioxidant-rich plum extracts. The desired result after using this? An immediate, significant increase in skin moisture for up to 72 hours. This product also has ice willowherb to help control oil and support the skin barrier.
Can’t wait to introduce this into your daily skincare lineup? The brand recommends that you pat a dime-sized amount of the product onto your slightly damp face and neck until it’s fully absorbed. Use this daily in the day and at night. In the daytime, apply this cream before your SPF. You’re also advised to layer this cream with the Plum Plump Hyaluronic Serum, especially if you have combination or oily skin that’s lacking hydration. Do however note that the Plum Plump serum and cream are not interchangeable as they are designed for different purposes.
