2. La Prairie Cobalt Immersion Pop-Up
The luxury Swiss skincare brand has unveiled a new pop-up that also houses its first Cobalt Café in Asia. The pop-up aims to take visitors on an experiential journey to learn more about the brand’s proprietary formulations. Upon completing the experience, visitors will be able to redeem a limited-edition pastry and coffee set by Keong Saik Bakery. They may also receive personalised consultations from La Prairie’s team of professional skincare experts.

3. A Common Wonderland by Common Man Coffee Roasters
In celebration of its 10th birthday, popular coffee brand Common Man Coffee Roasters will be hosting a weekend event titled, A Common Wonderland. 4. UNIQLO x Studio Ghibli ‘Hey, Let’s Go!’ activities at Bugis+
It’s finally here: UNIQLO and Studio Ghibli’s second collaboration collection is now available exclusively at the UNIQLO Bugis+ store and will be launched in all stores and online from 21 August. Studio Ghibli fans will also be able to check out a series of Instagram-worthy installations at Bugis+, meet and greet Spirited Away’s Yubaba, and participate in a stamp rally in the mall.

5. ‘Notes From The Ether: From NFTs To AI’ at ArtScience Museum
This exhibition, which offers viewers a glimpse into the future of digital art, showcases the work of 20 contemporary artists who work with the emerging technologies of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI).

6. Waves of Change Festival 2023 at ArtScience Museum

7. Wine Lust wine festival
Listen up, wine lovers! Presented by 1-Group (AKA the folks responsible for popular restaurants such as Botanico, Oumi and Monti), this year’s Wine Lust festival offers an array of exciting activities hosted across 15 dining concepts islandwide. #ICYMI, Coach has launched Coachtopia, a new sub-brand that focuses on circular craft and collaborative creativity. Designed for and in collaboration with climate-conscious consumers, Coachtopia products can be reimagined, remade and recycled to have multiple lives.
The collection is on display at the Coach Play Singapore Shophouse for a limited time. 9. Saint Laurent pop-up store at Paragon Shopping Centre

10. New store opening: NOWAFTER CAFÉ
Located on the third floor of Design Orchard, NOWAFTER CAFÉ “celebrates the freedom to express arts and culture through food and beverages.” Some of the café’s insta-worthy offerings include the Blackmisu, a dark cocoa take on the classic tiramisu, and the Iced Uji Matcha Einspänner.

11. Singapore Night Festival
Themed, Singapore, the Great Port City, the 14th edition of the Singapore Night Festival will feature over 50 experiences spanning project mapping installations, experiential programmes, Festival Villages, performances, and more. This year’s festival highlights include a new, dedicated family zone around Fort Canning Rise for children and an indoor roller skating rink titled Time Is A Black Circle by local artist Dawn Ng, which reimagines Singapore’s lively disco scene in the past.

12. dUCk Cafe pop-up at MONDAYS..
Popular Malaysia-born lifestyle brand dUCK has teamed up with local café MONDAYS.. to bring its dUCK Cafe experience to Singapore for a limited period of time. The pop-up features a selection of food and beverage items that are curated exclusively for the pop-up, such as a Spill The High Tea Set for two, A Peachin’ Smoked Duck Salad and Lavender Taro Canelés.

13. ‘Travel Lounge’ and ‘Hotel’ pop-up rooms at National Museum
The National Museum of Singapore has welcomed two new pop-up rooms that are inspired by its ‘Now Boarding: Experiencing Singapore through Travel, 1800-2000s’ exhibition, which opened in May. The first pop-up room, titled ‘Travel Lounge’, is inspired by the Singapore Airlines Raffles Lounge that was first launched in 1976. The second pop-up room, titled ‘Hotel’, is inspired by the Goodwood Park Hotel in the 1980s and it showcases the recreated hotel lobby, corridor and hotel room.

14. Orchid Extravaganza at Gardens by the Bay
Step into a floral wonderland that is Gardens by the Bay’s latest exhibit, which places the spotlight on orchids in the east tropics. Presented in partnership with the Embassies of Indonesia and Thailand and the High Commissions of Brunei Darussalam and Malaysia, the exhibit will feature orchids cultivated from species native to each of the country’s land.
Visitors will also get to walk through a Lath House display, discover the cultural significance of kebaya (a traditional blouse worn by women in various countries in Southeast Asia), and snap photos in front of recreations of each country’s traditional houses, which are adorned with cultural artefacts and handicrafts.

15. New store opening: NESUTO at Jewel Changi Airport
NESUTO has opened the doors to its Jewel Changi Airport store! The confectionery atelier serves up several outlet-exclusive creations, including its Chocolate Orange cake, Matcha Chestnut cake and Whiskey Chocolate cake. NESUTO will also introduce six flavours of Bonbons at its new store.

17. Craft Beer Festival - Brewnanza Fest 2023

The event will feature over 100 unique craft beer brews from local and renowned international breweries. 20. Sands for Singapore Charity Festival
Marina Bay Sands is inviting diners to indulge for a good cause with its Sands for Singapore Charity Festival. Taking place over the weekend leading up to National Day, Marina Bay Sands’ annual signature event will feature gourmet pop-ups by Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer, RISE and Yardbird Southern Table & Bar — selected items on their menus will be specially priced for all to play their part for charity, where all proceeds will be donated to the local Community Chest.

21. Artsy Weekend at Crane Joo Chiat
Organised by lifestyle co-working space Crane, the upcoming Artsy Weekend market will feature 20 local artists, makers and crafters including Steak and Eggs Please, SlowThread and Blue Atelier Swimwear. 23. Sundown Festival 2023
Presented by Skechers, the festival’s headlining acts include Mandopop singer Jam Hsiao, Malaysian rapper Namewee and Bling Empire’s Kim Lee. Sundown Festival also recently introduced Samurai guitarist MIYAVI, Italian brother-duo DJ Vinai and Thai street artist Benzilla as the latest additions to its lineup.
