3. Lipe Island, Satun
Lipe Island, or Koh Lipe, is one of Thailand’s best-kept secrets. Its name which means ‘Paper Island’, is home to three main beaches, a handful of smaller, privately owned ones and many tropical fish. Fun fact: The tropical fish in the area account for 25% of the world’s species! Activities like island hopping and speed boating can be done here, too.

4. Pakarang Beach, Phang Nga
If you’re looking for some quiet time while on vacation, Pakarang Beach in Phang Nga is the ideal destination for you. It’s a hidden gem that’s almost deserted but keeps the most beautiful secrets. Also known as Coral Beach, the place is an ideal location for watching the sunset (or sunrise, whichever you prefer) while enjoying some peace and tranquillity with nature. You can also take surfing lessons and go kayaking in the area while on vacation.
