The refreshed menu currently boasts a sustainable modern European selection featuring mostly seafood. Over 90% of the restaurant’s seafood are “sourced from certified fisheries with responsible and efficient management of marine resources and with minimal environmental impact”.
The rest of the restaurant’s food selection is completed using responsibly sourced ingredients, local produce, and house-grown herbs.
To complement the delectable dining experience, the restaurant also offers a bespoke range of French cocktails that can be enjoyed at the restaurant’s bar or at your table during dinner.

The materials used to refurbish the restaurant — from the walls and ceilings to the carpets and dining chairs — are mostly sustainable and ethically sourced from suppliers with proper certifications and credentials.

Ocean Restaurant is open for lunch from 11:30AM to 3:00PM. Meals are at SGD148++ per person. It’s open for dinner from 6:00PM to 10:30PM and meals are priced at SGD248++ per person.
