LANEIGE’s Parent Company Launches A New Clean Lifestyle Brand

An addition to Amorepacific’s lineup

A new clean beauty slash lifestyle brand called Longtake has been launched by Amorepacific, the parent company of fan-favourite K-beauty brands LANEIGE, ETUDE, innisfree and more.

Longtake products have a signature woody scent.

What does Longtake offer?

The new brand has a commitment to sustainable practices, which is reflected in the vegan ingredients used in its products. The products also boast unique woody scents sourced from upcycled oakwood.

On top of that, Longtake uses eco-friendly paper packaging that is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council, an international non-profit that promotes responsible management of the world's forests. It uses soybean oil ink for its printing — something that its sister brand innisfree has been doing for years.

Longtake debuts with haircare products

The new Amorepacific brand launched with two haircare ranges featuring two different scents: Sandalwood and Black Tea & Fig. The Sandalwood collection is formulated for repairing dry and damaged hair. It includes Intensive Shampoo (KRW21,000/~SGD23 per 300ML), Intensive Treatment (KRW21,000/~SGD23 per 200ML), and Intensive Hair Oil (KRW24,000/~SGD26 per 50ML).

Meanwhile, the Black Tea & Fig range is for enhancing your lock’s softness, smoothness and shine. The collection features Softening Shampoo (KRW21,000/~SGD23 per 300ML), Softening Treatment (KRW21,000/~SGD23 per 200ML) and Softening Hair Oil (KRW24,000/~SGD26 per 50ML).

The brand is visioned to be an all-encompassing lifestyle brand that will include body care items and more.

Where to buy Longtake products

The products are currently available on Olive Young’s Korean website but are absent from the retailer’s global site. Your option would be to buy the products via a mail forwarding service that covers South Korea. Stay tuned for Longtake’s release in Singapore!
